Does ShadowFog trade or invest my money?+

No. We never touch your funds, wallet, or exchange. We publish a list; what you do with it is entirely up to you. ShadowFog is an information service, not a broker, fund, or advisor.

What goes into a read?+

Each read is built from on-chain signals — launch count, how many graduated tokens ran past migration, and wash/concentration flags, among others. The lookup returns one of four plain-language bands: RUNNER HISTORY, NO RUNNER HISTORY, FACTORY, or UNKNOWN. What goes into the read is our proprietary edge.

How often is the ranking updated?+

The builder ranking updates weekly — for all members at the same time. Premium adds the Signal feed: when a tracked builder's new token clears migration and starts to run, we flag it — token symbol and contract only, with the builder's read. It's timing information about a track record, not a signal to buy.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you like — you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
