ShadowFog is operated by Petrovouni Holdings LLC. We provide an information and research service about memecoin developers on Solana. We do not custody funds, access your wallet, or place trades.

• Contact information: your email address (for example, when you join the waitlist or subscribe).
• Payment information: processed by our third-party processor, Whop. We receive confirmation of your subscription status; we do not collect or store your full card details.
• Community identifiers: your Telegram username/ID when you join our channels, used to grant and manage gated access.
• Usage information: the tokens or deployers you look up, feature usage, and interaction with the Service, used to operate and improve it.
• Technical data: device, browser, and general analytics data (for example via cookies or similar technologies).

We use information to: provide and operate the Service; deliver reads, rankings, and alerts; process subscriptions and manage access; communicate with you (including a launch or account email); improve our models and product; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

• Service providers who help us operate, including Whop (payments), Telegram (community and delivery), analytics, and hosting providers, limited to what they need to perform their function.
