These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShadowFog (the "Service"), operated by Petrovouni Holdings LLC ("ShadowFog," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, subscribing, or joining our Telegram communities, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShadowFog is an information and research service. We track memecoin developers on the Solana blockchain and publish data-driven reads, rankings, and on-chain analysis about their historical track records.
ShadowFog is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. We do not custody your funds, place trades, manage a portfolio, or access your wallet, exchange, or accounts. You bring the token; we provide information; every decision you make is your own.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of ShadowFog is lawful where you live. The Service is not available where prohibited.
Access to paid features is provided through our third-party platform (Whop) and gated Telegram channels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Whop, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge for your selected plan (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked at the stated rate for the life of a continuous subscription.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change standard pricing prospectively; your locked founding rate is honored per its stated terms.
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, republish, or share ShadowFog data, reads, or rankings outside your own personal use; (b) scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service; (c) reverse-engineer our models or methodology; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or market manipulation; or (e) abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
The Service, including our rankings, reads, scoring methodology, data compilations, text, and branding, is the property of Petrovouni Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own use. No ownership is transferred.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of it. Reads and rankings are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions.
Cryptocurrencies and memecoins are extremely high risk. They are volatile, often illiquid, and many go to zero. You can lose your entire investment. A developer's historical track record is no guarantee of how they, or anything they launch, will perform. Past performance does not predict future results. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.
Reads and rankings are derived from on-chain data and our own models, which may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Always do your own research.
The Service relies on third parties, including Whop (payments), Telegram (community and delivery), and on-chain data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and their terms and policies govern your use of them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petrovouni Holdings LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petrovouni Holdings LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising from these Terms.
